I would say no, because of reasons stated before in the previous pages, and the fact that I want actual C&C on my animations, not just a rank.

Well that's exactly my point. People come here to animate because they saw an animation and say "Hey that's cool, I wanna do that". Most of the people who say that will end up quitting in a few months after they realize how hard it is.

Another reason why the rank system wouldn't work is because it will just lead to more confrontation. People always have a different opinion as to what makes this "high beginner" or "intermediate" or whatever. If someone comes in and says "Nice animation, I'd say med beginner", there's usually some argument over why the OP feels it should be higher. That and it usually brings about the same old uninspired animations considering that fact that everyone bases ranks off of how well someone can animate someone kicking something and whatnot.

Ok, well I got an idea.
I see some points there and here. So how about the rank system will follow until someone becomes over high beginner. Then the ranking stops and it's only constructive critisism. Otherwise people will start posting out of the beginners section not knowing that there not good enough.

Also, we need to warn those who post out of the beginner section, especially in pivot. It's freaking anooying.

Eh by a landslide the vote was no...well by the way Frozen..you weren't really completely...here if you know what I mean when I joined. But yeah you guys made some valid points. The thing about other sites is the only site I've seen pull it off right is Easytoon Place, even darkdemon sucks at it. The thing is those are sites for one animation and that makes it a ton easier to make a ranking system because everyone does the same thing. Eh, it is a bit too much to do here, but also the problem is I don't want to go to easytoon place because of the inactivity. Oh well....thanks for the supporters. Close this shit.
