I am aware of:

-Wobblyness
-Minor resizing
-Too short

Maybe next time I'll make a longer combo, or an actual fight. Also, which FPS better suits me?

I think 21fps looks better

Start at a low fps, and rise till you find a good fps. Or juts stick with what you find best.

Work on anticipation. he should slow down after the first punch, then speed up as he performs the uppercut.

Ever heard of someone called "2-D"?

You're aware of a lot, so fix it. Brush tool sucks in flash, I understand, but the Contour editing tool (white arrow), properties for the brush tool to lower smoothing, etc. can all help I suppose. It wasn't awful. I suggest a backgrounds.
