ok i scored all the entries, good job peeps, and yes, this comp will probly bring unexpected surpises...

Layed out basic movements, now onto fleshing and detailing.

by the way, I agree with ssj and some of the others.
It should be
1-10 for animation (fluidity, innovativeness)
1-5 for background (creativity, realism)
1-5 for how well it fits the "brief" (self-explanitory)

thats one way of doing it, I guess you could add some different categories, but the point Im trying to get across is-
there need to be
a) less categories
b) more points available in each category

@ Mesmay: Mesmay, I have already discussed the ranking problem with the judges. It stays the same.(they have allowed me to let it the same, THANKS judges!) Next round it's going to be more for the quality so a lot more difficult. Thanks for understanding.
