When you doubleframe, not make it a doubleframe, but two frames with the same figure, and then move one of the frames in the direction where the movement is supposed to go.
Also, when the stick jumps up from the trampoline, the legs should me more straightened. Gravity went from good to bad in the last jumps. When he fell out it was OK.

Ok, two things.
One, trampoline platform should really take a LOT longer to reach standstill again.
Two, when he falls off, it just defies physics, basically, because he wasnt even moving to that side or leaning that way enough to travel that far off the trampoline.

I use this, and if he changes the pose in the next frame, but it'd be too hard, I'd add a frame in between and make it a shape tween.
it makes a smother transition :D
