Dont double/triple/quadruple frame, it wrecked it...

Very good, liked the effects, the sticks but the spin wasent as good. Work on that.

When it gets slow means that its double framed or quadruple framed.

nothing wrong with it its smooth no stiffness i an see but the double framing isn't the best maybe double frame leave it alone double frame leave it alone you see where im comin' from.. like a pattern it'll good i'd think.. that way id' be like slo mo just not as heavy

You double framed at the right spot, but you double framed too much. So, yes, you should double frame on that part, but not as much as you did on teh first one :D The rest is nice.
