It's pretty horrible. I mean that with a lack of offense. But, everybody has to start somewhere.
This is an eye:

I usually start with the pupil, then make the actual shape of the eye.Which is easy, the pupil, as seen, is just a black circle. The shape of the eye can vary, but try making it like an oval. Once that's done, with just a draft shaping, you then make it more realistic by emphasising the upper line of the eye. With the pupil in place, then do the iris, which is the larger circle involving colour. TRY TO AVOID GIVING IT AN OUTLINE. I feel an outline makes it less realistic, unless the outline is a darker shade of the colour in the eye. But, to start drawing it, involve the outline. This is just to get the main colour in, where you fill it in. Then remove the line. Use a brighter shade around the pupil to take it outwards. If the eye is blue, involve some green. Not a vibrant green, more like a turquoise. Don't have any vibrant colours.
I won't go into more detail.
The eyelashes need thinning and you need to add more. Give them a bit of a flick.
If you want to add some sort of lighting on the eye, then add a white line to the pupil. I can't really explain right as I can't even think right. If I can find some paper I'll draw a tutorial of sorts, but I don't use colour often.
