i have killed many rabbits we had over 20 and we had our own little farm and frequently we made rabbit stew/soup and i killed a couple of the rabbits and then skinned them for so chopping the head off with an ake, how i did it was to first stab their head with a knife and twist the knife around. and then cut the throat and shake it around so the blood goes out. and then chop the head and feet of with an axe and to the last rip the skin of with my hands. and i have watched some friends cutting the throat of a sheep because it was caught in a old fence and when we helped him get loose he could not walk since he had broken both his front feet.
