Yeah, not all that great, advice needed please.

Well as you've probably noticed, they slide across the floor. Which is bad, unless intended. There was some resizing and some limbs and joints weren't connected. You got the movements down, you just have to make it smoother.

Good so far for your first.

Oh so now you're copying Spazmodan because he did it first huh? C'mon now, your post was pointless and why would you say it sucks? You animate no better than him.

I know I'm a noob, I said that myself. I've taken that criticism to mind, i'm working an animation hard right now.

Just Emulate real life in these animations. Start with the fact that you have to keep the foot on the floor that you are stepping with on the SAME PLACE on the floor as you step. Make the stickfigures look the same every frame but move, and smoothen it out.
