Idk the "Animation skills" aren't necessary imo,just show us your latest and your best animation,it would be more helpful.Everyone can say "Im good enough to join" and he might be noob..

yup u will get a PM, when the rounds start it will be conducted from the site's forum (posting entries and such)
After the 1st round you will be sent an email. (in the email's more info will be sent like what the subject is, how your team is doing and so on)
