I just did that french roast thing with hand of god, and now i'm really paranoid. I went downstairs to get some food and started hearing things like animals scurrying on hardwood floors. I'm going to quit for a few hours. Wait till it's dark. I'll probably do this when I go to sleep.

Yeah I heard of it, I can find the name of what it is really called but I am much too lazy. I used to want it but I don't have the patience to sit for 30 mins on my bed only to get a simulated high that would probably get my parents suspicious.

holy hell, nobody do hand of god on their first time, it's... weird. I'm still feeling the effects. I feel like i'm on marijuana high, sortof. I can't remember time either. I feel sleepy. I thiknk I took to many.

I'm tellin you man, I am not trying Hand of God, I am still reluctant to try "You-Choose". Some people really get messed up =P.

K, follow these tips (that i'm plagurizing from their forums)

Opening
This guide is for you guys that can't seem to get a dose to work. I have tired many ways and these tips seem to work the best. This will show you all the necessary measures that you have to take to get a dose working and to its full effect. This is the method I use and I get a effect from a dose every time. You will at least feel one or more effect s from the dose using these steps and equipment.

Equipment Needed
These three things ARE A MUST
→ I-doser Client and 1 Dose
→ Cover Ear Headphones. Cannot play using speakers. (These Will get you the best effect)
→ A Bed and a Pillow (To lay down on and Administer Dose)

~Other Items Suggested~
►. Eye Cover [A bought eye cover, or a homemade one like a dishrag] (Will be able to take the dose in the light)
► Covers [Can be more comfortable]


Steps
10 steps Needed to take the dose to full effect

•I. Drop any distractions
→First make sure you are not going to get disrupted during the taking of the dose. This is one of the worst things that can happen while taking a dose. Also it might ruin the whole dose. Make Sure you have all pets and people away from you and out of the room. People and pets can lead to a distraction or be bothersome.
→ Also Have all computer programs exited. This will eliminate the chance of a noise coming up when playing the dose and disrupting you. Also to many programs running might make the dose make a "popping" sound. To eliminate most of un-wanted programs, press CTRL+ALT+DELETE and click the process tab. Exit all processes that are not needed or crucial to your computer.

•II. Take Care Of anything that needs to be done.
→Make sure all necessities are taken care of before taking the dose. This includes Eating (hunger), being thirsty, Restroom, or any work that has to be done. You want to focus on the dose and the dose alone.

•III. Take the dose at night or in the dark
→If you want to have a 100% successful dose take it at night and in the dark. This way you have no light shining in from the window that is blinding and/or shining in your eyes. When it is completely dark, the dose will be more successful. Also when taking the dose make sure all lights our off in the room you are taking it in. This includes Master light, alarm clock, Computer Screen, Desk Light, T.V Or any other lights that may be in the room you are taking the dose in. You want it as Dark as it can be.

•IV. Eyes Closed
→Have your eyes closed during the duration of the dose. You may open your eyes from time to time, but do not keep them open for the whole thing. May be distracted or lose focus on the dose. Having my eyes closed strengthens the effects.

•V. RELAX
→This is also a important one. Try to relax all muscles in your body so you feel good. If you feel better the chances of the dose being successful are higher.

•VI. FOCUS
→This is one of the harder steps. Stay focused and the effects are stronger and better. Try to clear your mind before taking one.

•VII. Stay still
→Try not to move around much. You want to stay still for most or all of the dose.

•VIII. Be Patient
→Wait it out. Do not quit or Pause in the middle of the dose.

•IX. Chill
→After you have taken the dose. Just lay in your bed and feel some of the effects.

•X. Repeat
→Repeat steps when taking another dose.

~Some Additional things~
►If you have a itch, focus more on the beats rather then the itch and hope it goes away (If you itch it you will become less focused on the beats)
►Try doing breathing and stretching exercises before you take the dose
► Try Counting from 100 backwards, It gives you something to do while taking the dose and will help with the concentration process

The More you take I-doser, The effects will get greater and greater.

*note*
I-doser MIGHT not work to its fullest your first time using it. Your brain needs to get used to the waves. But by the 2nd-4th time taking it you should start feeling max effects.

The only ones that would be interesting to me would be French Roast and Lucid Dreaming. But Lucid Dreaming is said to not work and I don't feel like spending money/pirating french roast, so **** this.

Every post I've read about Lucid Dream says it mostly only makes you remember your dreams. I've seen some posts saying they had lucid dreams.

God damn, I'm STILL feeling these effects.

Well I have nothing to do for a few hours so I'll see how this works.

Take the song 'reset' after every few when the effects are over. I'm waiting for Peyote to finish downloading.

Reset is the only one that did what it was supposed to fully so far. (Even though I haven't finished any of them. I only listened to about 8 minutes of Hand Of God though and I felt the effects 30 minutes after.)
