Only reason I can think of for why the neck is bad, is that the huge bump befor the head is....bumpy?

It's great, but the shade on the spit, looks too excessive, isn't spit see through water?

Colors are gorgeous, and the basic design is nice. But there are a few flaws.

The neck seems weird, like everyone has said.

The right-back leg seems a bit off prospective, it looks longer and bigger than the one closest to you.

But other than those minor details, good work! I would like to see more challenging stuff from you though. Dragons, dinos, etc are relatively easy to draw. They don't take very much creativity and from a side view they really aren't hard at all.
