I was saying; You have Bruce Lee (Who, I admit is the most badass on that list) but you don't have others who are badass. Like Jet Li and Jason Statham.
As these are fictional characters that are on that list (not all, but atleast 90%) then by the fictional outlook Jet Li has a fictional amount of badassery that should put him on that list.
Jason Statham should be on that list because he's just plain ****ing awesome and English.
