Doesn't look much like skin, more like cream or a plastic doll.
I suggest looking at tutorials for proper skin tone.

Don't let that keep you back, it's very very good. Only thing I can see is the shading on the neck, it just looks pretty, weird.

What the above said, but the face is better then the other. GReat quality =P you could sell those if you spice it up a little.

The face is far better this time. Emphasise the wrist bone a little on that picture and as stated, the tone of the skin is a bit plastic, but I, personally, think that gives it a nice look.

Just this wrist on this one looks lacking. Good work man.

The hair is really impressive.
