A mania is something the one started animates other people who joined him.
Also, if you participate in a collab, you make your part, check if your dimensions and fps fits, double check your library.
Then you send the fla to the owner of the collab, he will put the frames you made into his whole collab.

What is collab? i have read the forum but many say collab. Could any one please tell me what the mean is.

It is simply a shortened version for "collaboration" deary~in this site it is when many users band together to create something, just like the many collabs that you see in this section~

Not really a group, but rather a thread with all the information about the collab and the requirements that each person needs to reach to get accepted into the collab, but yes~
