Well, at first I thought to myself: How do you rate a nickname? Then I recalled the three universal criteria of which you use to rate nicknames, taught to me in my youth by a mysterious Gallic woman. These three are Aesthetics, denotation and connotation.
Lets look at the denotation first:
Sweeney. Now what does this mean? What is this? To be brutally honest I do not know. It sounds sort of similar to swine, and seeing you have a pig in your signature, which is possibly related to your name, that is a fairly good guess. Swine. Okay, I am fairly indifferent to pigs as individuals, but I am probably falling towards the negative viewpoint of them. I mean, they do eat everything, and roll around in mud to keep themselves cool, both of which I find disgusting. In concentrated form, however, as hot dogs, pigs are good. They can be eaten with all sorts of things, and are generally just nice to be around. So I have to weigh up my discontent for the individual pig against my joy for the hot dog. In the end, I'll have to say that I give you this one. I am very rarely around living pigs, but often find myself eating hot dogs, at least at birthday parties, and especially when I was younger. Therefore my joy for hot dogs overrules my borderline negative viewpoint/indifference to living pigs, and I give you plus for this one.
Now to connotation.
Sweeney is most likely a reference to the film Sweeney Todd, directed by Tim Burton, starring Johnny Depp as a crazy barber (it may also be a reference to the musical, or maybe even the old tale, The String of Pearls). I choose, however, to assume that it is a reference to the film, as the film is probably much more known to today's youth. Now, the film is pretty cool, Johnny Depp is a talented actor, and he is also an actor that is able to be a popular actor without being a celebrity, something I find admirable. Tim Burton is a director I quite enjoy, he is usually able to create a rather unique, and to me almost cartoonish atmosphere. Now, I may be wrong in this assumption, but I think it is correct that Sweeney Todd is infact what your name is referring to. The avatar and the signature displaying a rather lucky man who finally has a complete arm also vaguely hint in that direction. Therefore, as I like Tim Burton, like Johnny Depp, and don't really care about that Bonham Carter woman, I give you a plus in this category as well. Congratulations.
Now for the last criterion, aesthetics:
How does the name look? Is it pleasing to the eye? Well, I usually find one word names much more beautiful than names with several words in them, and this is no exception. The name consists of 7 words, which means that you get good symmetry with three letters on each side of the middle letter. This would be perfect, but alas, the two e's slightly put this off, as they seem to disturb the symmetry. Still, this is a very beautiful looking nickname, and to be honest you couldn't remove the one e and name yourself "Sweney," as that would look ridiculous. Another alternative would be replacing the n with another e, but if you look closely you can see that after the n there is yet another e, so again, the symmetry would be disturbed (unless you want to call yourself "Seeeeey"). So all in all, a very beautiful name, though not top notch in aesthetics, so it will have to be a minor plus here.
Some avant garde nickname judges also choose to include a fourth category, pronunciation, but I refuse to do that as I have no intention of ever pronouncing your nickname. Besides, they are just trying to break limits and be special, and that does not impress me.
If you sum up the three categories you get 9 out of 10, which is very good. Good job, young man.
