The constant debate between PS3 and 360 is never going to end. This is especially huge on YouTube on the KZ2 footage. First they attack the graphics. They realize that the graphics are better than Gears 2, so they attack the gameplay.

Personally the gameplay aspect cannot be truly compared, third and 1st person are very different.

Then they go after the sound? Why do 360 fanboys go to such great lengths to trash every other game and console? Console wars are asinine in the first place.

Technologically, the PS3 is lightyears ahead the 360 in terms of graphics, sound, color palette thanks to the Cell processor, and most of all the enormous Blu-Ray disc, which holds an obscene amount of space.

The only game I've seen that comes CLOSE to utilizing the space of a BRD is Resistance 2, but Killzone 2 is going to fill up that entire disc.

I don't have a doubt that KZ2 is going to be one of the greatest FPS's of this generation.

I like all systems in different ways, I just chose PS3 over the others because of free online play and I had a SHITLOAD of PS2 games, so that meant I could keep playing them, and the online function if they had one.

I think that why the 360 is so much more popular than the PS3 was that it was released first. And the PS3 had a hard first year. More developers make stuff on 360 tech and then port to PS3, which quite obviously makes the PS3 version worse. Anyway, 360 has no good games coming out this year.

I agree, the Xbox 360 has more extra features now, but the ps3's still catching up, dunno maybe there could be a good fight against these two.

Not because of better third-party support, a wider range of game genres released each year, a lower price, and higher general game quality?

Both of them seem to be forgetting what people want is a console to play their games on.
They seem to be drifting further away from that to add all these funky little features and apps like a ****ing facebook page. By these features people seem to see this as a way to decide which console is better. That's just ****ing stupid.

Honestly, who cares about the NXE and avatars? Who cares about PS-Home?
If I wanted these I could just go on my laptop and look around the web. I want to be able to play games and play them to the best ****ing standards possible.

I will say this again: I own and play my 360 because my friends do also. If my friends had a PS3, I would play that more often.
The reason I take the side of the 360-fanboys more often is because PS3 fanboys make me really ****ing angry and barely make a point.

ONLINE: The PS3 seems to have a more serious role in gaming. It's a contrast to the childish, immature online world of the 360. Which generally makes it less fun, in my opinion. Since you get a lot of laughs playing the 360 online.

OFFLINE: The PS3 contains stunning graphics and has such large capabilites for future releases that it IS the better console.
The 360 lacks this, as it's pretty much as good as it can be at this point.

Now, online play levels that out. So, to be honest, they're both equally shit. I wish this thread would reach an end so I didn't have to state the same thing over and over to these incompetent pieces of shit.

This year Fight Night Round 4 is coming out and it looks crazy, NHL 10 will be able to work off of NHL 09's great sucesss, and Backbreaker will also be up there to dethrone Madden as the greatest football game. All those titles should be up there for sports game of the year.

If that isnt enough then they are re-releasing Halo 3, changing the name to ODST..... And the real COD5 will be released this year too.

XBox360 and Ps3 are equal in greatness and shittyness.
