Here's a short and simple run loop I made.

After I finished it I started to think about what I could do to make it better. Add a floor? Enlarge the stick?

I would like to know about anything good or bad you noticed? How was the easing? Was it choppy at all? Yeah yeah, all that.
I don't think it's stiff at all, i moved every joint and every frame and it's easily visible.

The thighs, for one thing.

Pretty choppy, and not very well eased. Also, instead of just moving the joints, make sure to move the entire stick itself.

Anyway, the animation was pretty bad. And I do agree with Zawmbee, post a few mini tests in a thread, rather than just a 2 second run loop.
