To fix your wobbles, you need to make sure you are using the onionskin, that and keeping your animation consistent with the lines.

also, check the smoothing of your brush and see what work for you. I usually use between 20 - 30.

depends if you have a tablet or not
if you dont, around 30-45 or something (thats what i think i remember using)
with tablet, pretty much anything
it sometimes just depends on what you like
