Definitely the barbed stake, I love my eyes and can't live without them.

To be perfectly honest, that hit to the face would probably leave me brain damaged, if not kill me. Plus my face would be so mangled that it would probbly be left deformed.

As much as I love my nuts, and as painful as it would be, I would go with the pitch to my nuts.
