Well if the car skids 90 degrees, the two back wheel skid-marks would merge to one right? Well the car turns more than 90, and it keeps moving a bit; think of it like that

Not as it turns, just before it turns. I can't think of an explination for it, or maybe I'm just really thick.
The two wheels will always be parallel. For it to make a skid like that, two of the wills would have to literally pass through each other.. The car can't and doesn't bend, so to have the two skid marks bend into one another in that way looks impossible with how he's drawn in.

I would like somebody to explain how, from the way the car in his signature skids, does it create the skid marks to cross before even making a turn?

Lake, it's because the car itself turns, but carries on moving in the same direction, thus the wheels are almost, although no quite, swapping position. As in, the one that was on the left compared to the other wheel switches and becomes the one on the right (from our perspective anyway)
