how you draw the stickman? with what pencil? line tool? brush how you made it so perfect?

You can use whichever one you want. Line is good for cinematic animations, Brush is good for 2-D brawls, and pencil can be used like brush.
The biggest thing people have is their experience. PRACTICE, as most people who are good have 2+ years under their belts.
Also, you might want to look into "tablets", which help you draw. But before you look into those you should just muck around in flash, finding out what suits you. Also, watching pro animations and studying the movements is very effective.

jeez, don't be so edgy.
I'll give you some advice on drawing stickmen.
If you want a steady flow(like flips and stuff), draw the head first and have the body follow.
If you want help with resizing, draw in the feet and legs first and then the head, and do the back last.
