Honestly, if this movie had no connection to Dragonball, I think it'd be a pretty cool movie.

I agree. I mean, by looking at the trailer without thinking of dbz, I think the movie looks really good lol :| I mean the martial arts doesn't look to bad, nor do the effects. I mean of course this makes no sense when looking at the real dbz, but I'm sure I would enjoy it.

And they didn't use that many energy moves in dragonball. It was more martial arts. And goku can do kamehameha with one hand :\
