Its alright. It is bad, but you can always improve.

Work with basics. Like in pivot, its a skeleton that outlines a full body. google what a basic looks like.

Practice on paper during school when your bored, and on flash at home. You'll get better in no time.

If you're told you're shit, you try and improve. Independently. Which makes all that better of an achievement.

Now, what you have drawn can't be described as a "doodle", because a doodle is compehendable in a sense.
It's poorly drawn, all of it. Surely you must understand where you've gone wrong, if you don't; what you see aren't people. See a doctor.
