What is it? Honestly, it's not that great. All it is is a poorly drawn mouth and some hair.

Work with basics. Like in pivot, its a skeleton that outlines a full body. google what a basic looks like.

Practice on paper during school when your bored, and on flash at home. You'll get better in no time.
