4. you must be med beg or higher to join.
5. you must do at least 50 frames

I don't know what dictionary on internet slang you're reading, but when last I checked, obtaining some stupid imaginary status in pivshit animation doesn't remove your "noob" status. If anything, it makes you a geek for even being concerned with this ranking shit in the first place. A noob is someone who acts like an idiot and is completely oblivious to the simplest of tasks.
