2. have your name at the top right corner during the whole animation
3. no flaming, mature content, or any other bad crap.
4. you must be med beg or higher to join.
5. you must do at least 50 frames
6. KILL THE NOOB!!!!!

I don't know what dictionary on internet slang you're reading, but when last I checked, obtaining some stupid imaginary status in pivshit animation doesn't remove your "noob" status.
