Yeah, the famous "sport" persay, but not that entirely. Just checking to see how many fellow tracuers there are, and hell, if you have videos, you can put em here too, i guess. But for me I used to be an ok vaulter and an excelent climber, but I've been out of practice for a while. Starting back up this weekend.

I stopped doing it last february because i got mind****ed and couldn't do anything without freaking out. At my best i could wall flip off any wall, backflip off of anything from a foot off the ground to 8 feet off the ground, i had landed a gainer and i was going for a frontflip and backflip on the ground (that's all freerunning, but whatever). I could vault any object not over my head, and i can still wallclimb anything under 15 feet high. I'm starting back up this weekend though so I should be back at this in about 3 months.

I used to be a skinny, weak kid.
just work on bulking up. takes a while, but its worth it.

I do,i go to the Kyokushin's Karate club ,but in there i dont need to have all that agility that is needed in parkour . I have enough stamina for 2-3 minutes of maximum movement/fighting but not for 20 minutes of maximum running and enough speed for avoiding attacks .

But I'm not so into this, actually. Because I have an overally weak and... Ummm... Heavy body :/
I'm just pretty suited for a fight, because I am like a pillow: absorbing the hits. And when I get enraged, I just close my eyes and go on rampage swinging my arms around me no matter what would they hit :3

Lol, thats no way to carry yourself before your about to get in a fight.
In my town mainstreet we have all these old colonial brick buildings that are so easy to climb, but almost got arrested twice so Im coolin off the buildings for a while.
