Use the edit button, it's the one that looks like it's pressable and has "Edit" wrote on it.
None of those movements were at all realistic; very stiff. Terrible physics. Check out some good tutorials.

ok dude, ima point out some of the wrong things that was in that post, for one i know what the freaking edit button is im not retarted and another thing i checked it out over again and theres nothing wrong with physics except for the second one where he does a pushup and he seems to go back then forward and thats why i put a question mark there. ive never seemed to get stiffness right and another thing show me one of your animations and if theyre worse than mine then you shouldnt critique a person that way. even if youre better than me you still have no room to call that terrible cause those are some of my best. and another thing when it stops and slides its to have the camera stay on the person. dumbass.

Devil dude you asshat , if you will use excuses and wont accept critiques you will get flamed , seriously the physics were way off , seriously think of it would in real life you would float for so long in the air? and also just because someone animates worse than you doesn't mean he cant critique , if you buy a peace of teared/ripped clothing , you wont complain just because you cant make a better one? And just because those are your bests doesn't mean others will think they are godlike. But if it helps you sleep at night i do animate better than you. So in other words work on all the basics , and keep practicing.
