wow.... seriously look at the list of compatible cards, it lists everyone around the one I have. The 8800, 8600, 8500, and 8400. But of course I have the 8700.
I only bought an Alienware because I needed a laptop and I don't know how to build laptops like desktops. And I have no problem running Oblivion at full specs with mods and stuff added, I have 4GB ram and blah blah blah. It's just because the dart that Bethesda threw happened to land on 8700 and they decided to make that one not compatible.

as i said, just cause you have a decent graphics card, does not mean you will be able to run it. how much ram do you have? cpu? etc, theres more then just a graphics card that goes into it.

2-D brings up a good point. My graphics card wasn't compatible with Spore, but it still ran just fine on my piece of shit.
