So some how msn corrupted on my computer and the installer was gone to. so i went through my computer and deleted the main windows live folder and uninstalled the components for it so it was off my computer. I downloaded the installer and it wont let me re-install it because it says i already have it. how the **** do i fix this??!!??!

next time... get a proper bloody uninstaller to do it for you.... such as revo unistaller.

anyway... does it come up with repair on the installer... If it does... click there. If It doesn't then seek advice from the actual windows live forum...

I'm pretty sure windows live has a forum dedicated to **** upperies like this.

Menu > Search > Search for Live. Anything Messenger Live related should be deleted. Then try again.

When I google "How to re-install MSN" I get links answering how to totally re-install it, not partly because some files are deleted and some aren't. And this is the case for AppleSauze so telling him to go to google or forums probably won't help much unless you wait and search for a long time.

You gave him something completely useless, an installer often goes by the name of installer.exe and therefor wouldn't be found in a WINDOWS LIVE search in the search bar at all, and neither would be any other files. I reckon that the problem lies in a few breakaway files that are left, I may be right, I may be wrong, but dont flame me and tell me I'm an unhelpful faggot when I do more then you have, you cunts.

-_- The installer says MSN is already there, so anything MSN related should be deleted. And all those MSN related things can be find by searching with keywords like "Live" or "Messenger Live" or something, then all those results who might be the problem should be deleted so that the file is completely gone.

Uhh.. I have had this problem too, and I solved it by searching all live stuff and deleting it. So shut up. I got expierence, you probably don't.
