I have decided to make a game but I am going to need some help! I have decided to make it a platformer.

I need ideas for a title and music too. Lastly I need some animators, actionscripters, artists and character design...and whatever else you can think of.

Tell me what you want to do or you can just contribute with ideas!

Actionscripters-MoD(Maybe if he takes a nap or gets untired somehow)

Artists- Me

Animators-Blue Beaver(probably not show me an animation then maybe k Blue)

Character Design-

Level Design- Me, MoD

We will let artists draw the menus and actionscripters actionscript it.

So, to help something you would need a solid base to help, you have nothing, and you are basically asking for not just an idea, but for everything.

Please come back when you have an idea of what you want to do (Your own idea) and you've shown you actually put effort in the work before asking for help.

Unfortunately, art and level design is the fun part of making a game, so no one is just going to do just the grunt work for you.

You need better organization; no one is going to commit to this because it doesn't seem worth committing to. "You've decided to make a game". No, you've decided to expect people to commit to nothing.

Right.

So you're gonna make a game.

All you need from us is the artwork, the coding, the animation, the backgrounds, a TITLE and music.

But oh, dont worry, because you'll do the hard job of dictating every little thing we've got to do.

I'm still a noob, but can i be animator?

I could try and do a bit of music if needed.

I want to be the level designer, I have a degree for level designing and coding, but I'm too tired to code so I'll just design the level for you.

Dude, come up with a design for a game.
Include an in-depth description of it and make sure to include the things you need in specifics. I doubt you'll find any actionscripters here that will help.
