Mine just bleed a little.
Anyway, I'm not going to slaughter this cause until you go all defensive and refuse crit you have some potential. Smoothness was lacking, you need a higher fps, more frames per moevement and less movement per frame. The kicks were very forceless, mainly due to there being no target or anything to demonstrate the force produced and as a final point, it lacked easing but smoothen it out before you attack easing.

OK that makes sense, I knew something looked wrong with it and i never bothered to post any of my work before. so this helps. but i don't see why i should go higher then 24 fps...

If that was 24 fps, then you can ignore the higher fps part.

You need to work on how you draw your sticks.

What do you mean? I think it looks fine. and dude its a stick figure how can it be drawn wrong? please give an explanation.

He may be saying that the stick looks disproportionate/hard to animate.
Try adding some height and slenderness to your sticks, it looks better when you have a lot of movements in an animation.

hmm I didn't notice it changing size. But ya now that you mention it. I just like my sticks to look like that though.

while I understand the resizing i like my sticks to look kinda fat and stubby.

Also, make the lines a bit skinier.

That's what "adding slenderness" means...
