i think the reason nobody has come up with something like this is probily becuase not much is original or at least with pivot. I try to go for a different approach instead of the the stickman, I think it might be because people think pivot is used for aniamating only stickmen. I think different.
I know the character does need improvement and I hate to repeat myself about what I have said.

Whats wrong with a bigger response?
The only thing people have commented on was the stiffness or easness, i know it isnt perfect, and not everything is moving every frame. I really dont want to be reminded about it. Id prefere in different parts i can improve instead of just saying 'its not smooth' or 'you need to ease it'.

well i have left box head alone for a while, im sick of him and i need a bit of a rest from that type, I will pick up with him later.
I made this though practice.
Id like critisim, but please be specific, if its stiff where is it stiff? if it needs easing, where does it need it. ectera. I wont be able to get better if you just say its stiff. That like saying grass is green

The beginning walk was a bit unnessercary, the arms were all over the place.
Btw, to reduce stiffness move every joint in one frame even if it's just a pixel.
