heres my guess, tell me how wrong i am:

you made the background striped, then added a layer over top with black and animated using the eraser, then added outer glow?

or he could've used a mask :/

Ok here goes:

Animated stick

Converted to MC

Made grid by making Horisontal lines across the screen, glowing it and blurring it

Copied Step 3, repasted not as a mask, pasted it, shrunk it, rotated it, pasted the new thing 3 times to make it look like a grid. Converted all of that to make a grid, made that in to a MC then cut it for later.

Using the horizontal lines from step three, i made a mask with them behind the stick.

Copied the stick, made another layer, and pasted it in the same place.

Added white inner glow, copied pasted, changed to white outer glow.

Pasted the grid from step 4 Over top of all this, made the background image.

Then I made a circle, softend fill edges to 50, converted to Group, flattened it, broke it apart, resized it back to normal, deleted center, converted this to MC, then resized it to make the ring around Spitz3r.

Typed spitz3r with Blockbit text, broke it apart twice, gradient'd it, glow'd it.

Rearranged everything

Then Animated everything.




No easy work, folks.

That glowing ring thing is what makes it really awesome.

Yeah, it's cool calling this place DPP. See? I'm so ****ing bad-ass saying it. I ****ing love it. The colors blend great too. You should make an avatar combo with it.
