Right this is a front flip, not a backflip. It does not look right, the hands move from one place to another. Try instead of doing big movements, do just very small frames between each frame, try to make it around 24 frames long. Be paitent after time it will become smoother and then you can get round to making it faster without it look choppy.

A nice try, I have seen worse. (i think it would be better if you posted in the beginner section though)

it did look like a front flip and i think you put too many frames in because it wasnt very smooth but it was a decent animation
