So, I was wondering if SPP had any information on hand about an essay I am going to write for school (college). My thesis is going to be something like "When used in a responsible environment, video games have a positive effect on society." Was just curious if anyone knew of any speeches/books/websites on the topic. Not asking for anyone to do research for me, but just if anyone knows off the top of their head it would help. Thanks :D

video games are played by surgeons because it is supposed to increase thier concentration and stuff like that. Video games have been used to predict how likely it is a fire would occur and (as i found out from this website somewhere) if people know the buildings they are in. Brain training games could maybe have an effect if played by a child when young, improving the chance of that child becoming smarter when it grows up and might have an effect on society, or something. eermm these things might help you, i tried ;).
