It will most likely be impossible to put back together since it's buffed out. And you'll have to cover the whole board since that why phones don't like water, the board soaks it up and the connections break. ]

Just buy a waterproof phone, they're on the market I reckon.

If you did it you'd have to glue the battery into the whole thing and then you'd never get it out again so you could never get the simcard out so if you ever got a new phone you'd have to move all the contacts by hand and change your phone number.

Try it anyway otherwise you won't learn.

DO NOT USE HOT GLUE. Isolate the pieces and use super glue or something.

Funfact: You can always just ask a new simcard and let the old one get blocked ^^
You'll have to put in the numbers again manually though.

Here's the thing- depending on the quality of the sauder, you're probably going to melt it and sever small connections. There's no way in hell you'll be able to find and fix a problem with a small connection made by a precise robotic arm. Hot glue can also overheat small parts of the circuit board, there are certain transistors/resisters etc. that will die from this. Then you have the vibration motor. Hot glue on the motor will kill the coil inside, and most likely blowout the circuit. I've killed a lot of electronics with hot glue. But if you have a cheap phone, give it a try. I could be wrong.
