I did 9 more frames (currently at 28) and I have to do 12 in the evening to keep the rhythm and finish on time. lol this motivates me to study more efficiently XD I do my hw faster and better so I can animate lol

I'm just at 20 seconds now.
Way more to do though.

I'm pretty sure what i've sketched up will do well though.
I think you shouldn't be so strict on the backgrounds ect though.
You should let people choose mainly their own backgrounds to a limit. If you want a city, let them choose the colour/ day or night or whatever,
Next round give a little lee way. or you'll have people who are on a tight schedual (exams, 2 contests, gf, friends ect ect) droping out due to lack of ideas with what you give them

Yea I know some of you. But some of the pro's been doing it for 5+ years : D. And im not talking only flash, just animating overall.

Btw Hawk, you're animating slow lol [/insult /jk] 200 frames in a day is average :P so that should work. If you do cinematic even more.
