It isnt, because the final fla will be at 24 so your animation is going to be ****ed up, if you dont add any special AS..

could you tell me where to get that special AS? please?

LOL Tawnik, actually it is, I'll double frame it. It will be a bit slower but it will be good. 14 is not recommended but is accepted, just like 12, 22 and 26.
