Buy a cheap one, as Setmin and everyone who wasn't taking the piss has stated. I animate line so i don't use my tablet much when animating. Its more for doing graphics work than animation in my case.

Well I've got a good mouse and a crappy tablet, but it's the principle...
I used my mouse too when I still had a Microsoft ball-roller.

I've got a Razer now, the adjustment for sensitivity beats the crap out of any tablet*.

jesus you guys get fired up by nothing..I only asked a little noobish question because I've always thought it would be easier to draw with a tablet, I thought I could get some tips from the pro's but this is what I get?

It depends what are you used to. I'd probably do everything with a tablet easier maybe because I'm more used to holding a pencil than dragging the mouse. Other people might not think so. If you really feel that a tablet will help, then get a cheap one or try it out beforehand somewhere. :/

Neh, just regular ball-mouse.
But it's not impossible with the thing you discribe. Done some MSpaint's on a mouse like that. Not ver fond of it, but it works, just lower the sesitivity.

That ban was uncalled for IMO. I agree with him, Wtf sure is retarded. Wtf was uncalled for, flaming like that becuase he says he could "beat his sorry ass" with a mouse, and saying "**** you". Tablets are better for animating, and him saying that is way too over the top.
