You have to use better easing, work on it more and try to make it more fluid, some people are really good at using pose-pose animations, but honestly, you are not one of them, now..

I agree that you need to add more easing (which then stems force and anticipation) but the effects were nice.. and the outline effect was used well.

nice...it nEEdz some easing though....BUT AWSOME!!!!!!!!!

That was pretty good, liked the screen shake effect. The kick off the rock looks a little forced though, kind of pointless. Very good though.
