7 a week.

Once every morning and night for school days.

I don't do showers at night if its friday saturdays and sundays.
I have to shower in the morning so I can feel fresh.

Monday To Friday: After school.
Weekends: In the morning, sometimes in the evening.

6-7 nights a week. I'm not too big on taking showers in the morning, but it helps wake you up a little.

Every night, my hair gets a little too puffy after a shower for me to do it in the morning. That and I don't like showering in the morning, I just like to get up and go.

5-9 week. Some weeks you don't work out much and some weeks you work out both in the morning and later on the day and you want to shower after that.
