So I'm making a collab with joaoba, but I need something:

gotoAndPlay("Scene
xxx", yyy)

Pretty basic code.
I have that in the end of every stage/scene, but I want to make something before 'Stage 1', but 'stage 1' always appears first by default.

How can I choose which stage I can run first in the animation?

Open the Scene window, and drag/drop your scenes into the order you want them played (with the top-most scene playing first). If you do that, you shouldn't need ActionScript at the end of each Scene telling it to go to the "next" one. (but you will still need it to skip to scenes non-linearly/out-of-order)

In CS3, go into Window / Other Panels > Scene. The shortcut should be Shift+F2.

It should be the same or very similar for Flash 8.
