you need to fix all of your tweens, you should also try some free transform with the eyes and stuff. It would help you out allot.
You inspired me to make a test like this, I'll get started right away XD

I don't ever tween, i do it manually, gives a more realistic feel.
Also, the mouth was supposed to be off a little bit. (No excuse)

that can be true, but techniques rule when you learn to use them right:
Tweens> http://www.truploader.com/view/124261&lb=n
And yeah, the mouth can be off by just a little bit, but to do it by that much is a bit odd, seeing that the head is not oval like a human head.

Nice, if you also drew that character, then thats awesome too.
I was having problems also, i put a walk inside of a movieclip, and i want to make it go across the screen, instead of redrawing each step... help would be appreciated.

The first line walk was okay, the background wasnt good at all, but dont give up. The second line walk wasnt very good. He took like one step when he should have taken two to three.

have the ending frame almost the same as the first frame
and don't forget to tween the walk XD

but if you want to make it actually go across the screen, you need to use a bit of AS. I don't think there is another way, but I could be wrong. I'll show you how.
Put this into the last frame of your MC. The movement of the MC is how far it moves from the first frame to the last. You'll definitely have to experiment with that. If you want to understand the code better, PM me.
this._x+=//movement of MC

Or you could tween the movieclip, and the code you posted is incomplete for being placed in a movieclip.

I figured the movieclip walking out, it works pretty good, easier than animating the walk across the screen.
Thanks for you're help guys, you're all the best ;D
