Also, Sina, you should post in the beginners thread for a while, untill you get better. Few tips to help you do so:

1. Animate with your favourite music on. If you can't concentrate, make sure every thing that is making noise is turned off.

2. Animate only when you feel like it. If you just NEED to animate, go shoot some hoops, relax.

3. Don't go all emo when some asshole says that "Everything else is horrible" (MaxZ =| how could you), don't say that you quit animating, just animate simple tests, don't publish them. Go on and try, then create a big project when you feel like doing so.



Finally, don't use gif editors.
