Maybe if you know C++, you can make a program to do it. Although it's ****ing hard.

heh, I know C++, and you probably wouldn't be able to make it out of just one programming language. Besides, even for me that's done C/C++ for a couple of years now, it's like asking a baby to write an essay.

Writing a super awesome digital imagery program takes time, money, and people. You'd be better off just "buying" a copy of something like Adobe Fireworks (Better yet Macromedia Fireworks 8) or Adobe Photoshop.

This is true, took me a whole 3 hours to figue out the basic selection and drawing tools, then i found you can draw with things other than polygons...
