Anyone else seen about this?

I mean, I just downloaded it and it seems pretty epic.
It replaces your desktop, and you can sort files like images into piles, just a few clicks, which can help if you have a whole load of them.






This is where it might come in useful. You can see all the images on the desktop here?


Now its all in a single pile. And to flick through them, just click once on the file.

And you can also throw files around, and shit like that. Throw a file at the email icon and you open up an emaill with that file as an attachment.

And i think its the same with the facebook and twitter icons, although i dont have either so i havent tried.


Seems pretty cool to me. I mean, if I just needed my computer for the internet, and maybe one other program I wouldnt bother, it all depends on how much shit you have on your desktop.

It looks nice but I like to keep it simple. I don't think I'll download it.

Yeah, essentially its useless apart from 2-3 things.

I thought it just came out, at least the full version did just recently. I think it was sometime this week.

It looks to me as if it would be harder to find files with this. The design is great, but it doesn't seem that practical. Putting images on top of eachother... I hate when I have tons of papers on top of each-other (in real life), I don't see why I would like having my files on top of each-other.

P.S.: Name hinting - type the first few letters and it will lead you to the file named that way. It's the best thing.

The design looks decent though.

I think this could work pretty well on touch-screen computers.
But with only a mouse, it doesn't seem very convenient at all.

Yeah, I used it a year and a half ago and it just wasn't that cool. I think two threads were made for this already.


But the cool part is that you can fling the icons against the wall lol
