I remember some guy had a sign saying "From the ghetto to the white house, congrats Obama". I thought it was hilarious, but other people got their panties in a bunch even though the guy voted Obama.

I read about this article on Yahoo last week or so when the thing first started. I thought it was pretty stupid, and it didn't need to be posted.

Seriously, this is ****ing stupid. It's not a racial issue untill the protestors MAKE IT a racial issue. It's just like the racial controversy over Resident Evil 5. RE4 had Spanish Ganados, and noone complainsa bout that, but if the enemies are black, then it's racist.

I agree with your post, but I don't think that came out right. Clinton and Bush are white people. No one would get pissed at a black stereotype used on a white guy's name, but I get your point.

That's what I am saying. I'm saying that the name was used because he was the presient, not because he was black. I'm pointing that out by saying that the shop could have had any other current president's name in the title, but these protesters obviously think that african americans all eat fried chicken, so they assume that the owner is apealing to that stereotype.

Why does anyone give a shit? £5 says that more than half the protestors are actually white.

theres no way he could have thought that he could have put a black presidents name anywhere near fried chicken without outcry unless he was foreign
