It would be good if they could program something that when a mod bans someone, they link to a post that shows the reason, it then takes that in, and the name and automatically posts it in the thread.

I am sure there is probably a vbulletin mod that does something like this kicking around somewhere, otherwise that could turn in to a lot of work

it just makes banning people even more of a pain in the ass. Here is what I would have to do.

See that someone has made a post that deserves a ban.
Click the "Give Infraction" button
Decide if I want to give a preset infraction or a custom one (99% of time it is custom)
enter in a reason for the infraction.
enter in number of points for the infraction.
enter in how long before the infraction expires.
enter a reason for banning the member (almost all infractions result in bans, and I have to give 2 separate reasons)
enter in a private message to explain to the user what they did wrong
go to the bandar
edit the post
enter in name of member and reason for ban.


How many clicks is that to ban ONE person? screw that.
