I remember a time when we couldn't get a moderator to delete a useless post or thread let alone be bothered to ban a member for innapropriate conduct. Now, we cant think of enough ways to keep them busy. They do a lot more than you think.

think of it this way:

when someone like Myself gets bannrf, everyone runs around going "oh my gosh why is he banned" and then the mods have to explain it 20 different times in 20 different threads

with a bandar people can just look there on their own and save everyone's time
