You should really make the stick bigger so you can see the leg movements better. No offense, but the rest was bad, but like you said, you're a beginner.

I have NO CLUE what he morphed into.
The physics were way off, he should not stop moving forward in mid-air while he is flipping.

Try to show him taking the impact when he lands, bend his knee's, hunker him down just a little.

Keep trying, you'll get it.

it was ok for a beginner. it looked like he morphed into a tree. work on flips and walking and everything. and since you use pivot a lot, you probably don't have much experience drawing a stickfigure. work on that a little more too. oh.. and you didn't have to add the "PS" everyone on SPP nows that the flash thread is closed.

you should look at some tuts but keep practicing. it was okay for beginner.

Work on stick construction. His joints were so fat I can't really critiseze the movements, other than saying they weren't great.
